Brad Conroy, President

A native Angelino and graduate of Brentwood School, Brad is the founder and president of Conroy Commercial. With seven years of experience in acquisitions, development and investment sales, Mr. Conroy has negotiated over 300 retail transactions valued at over $300 million. Mr. Conroy is a former Senior Agent at Marcus & Millichap, a National Achievement Award and top Nationwide Retail Agent recipient. A trusted advisor to his clients and valued partner to his colleagues, Mr. Conroy is a graduate of Columbia University, and an active member of The United Jewish Federation and the Moriah Society. He and his wife Amy live in Beverly Hills, California.

Ted Miller, Vice-President

Also a native Angelino and graduate of Brentwood School, Ted is the vice-president and general counsel and a principal of Conroy Commercial. Mr. Miller, a former acquisitions specialist at Marcus & Millichap, is a licensed real estate broker and specializes on the sale and leasing of retail commercial properties in Los Angeles. Before joining Conroy Commercial, Mr. Miller, a graduate of Yale College and Harvard Law School, was a corporate attorney at the firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, where he advised investment banks, private and public companies, private equity firms and hedge funds on public offerings, real estate transactions, regulatory issues and general corporate advice. Mr. Miller is a member of the State Bars of New York and California. He is an active member of The Urban League and the Urban Land Institute, and resides in Venice, California.
