Mission

Building on the generational retail expertise of the Conroy family of businesses, Conroy Commercial, Inc., real estate investment brokerage, opened its offices nearly a decade ago in association with the nation’s largest investment brokerage firm, Marcus & Millichap. Continuing to date as a privately owned and independent company, Conroy Commercial is based in Beverly Hills, CA, and has extensive experience in the assessment, valuation, marketing and negotiation of major commercial retail investment transactions. We have expertise in the sale and leasing of major commercial assets, including shopping centers, retail condominiums, office buildings, mixed-use developments, unimproved land and apartment buildings.

Our marketing team of dedicated professionals provides expertise in generating market demand for our client’s asset from the underwriting and due diligence phase through property and market tours through documentation and closing. We leverage our unparalleled electronic database of active buyers and key relationships with the investor and brokerage community to aggressively promote the value of our client’s property. We seek to work closely with our client and the prospective buyers to ensure a free-flowing and efficient transmission of the information necessary to consummate the transaction with integrity at the highest possible value to our client. To that end, we work closely with our technology team and advertising staff on targeted electronic and print advertisements; with our acquisition specialists on targeted phone calls and meetings; and with our Los Angeles Retail Group on the broadest possible exposure of our client’s asset to the most likely buyer base.
